We work in many different fields of die making. We employ knowledgeable staff in all phases of operations to assure that the die produced will meet the needs of our customers. Our key employees have many years of experience with all aspects of Bobst presses, Preco presses, and many others. This experience translates into more efficient tooling design. We work closely with our customers for best yield, most efficient cutting process and most cost efficient tooling.
We receive numerous jobs via the E-mail system but also work from customer-supplied prints, samples, sketches, and parts. Our Acc-Gage measuring system is available for use on close tolerance parts. We can produce a die vinyl for proof at no additional charge and also sample cut parts in register on one of our two computer controlled plotter/ sample makers for proofs at a nominal charge.
We have two lasers that can cut both flat and rotary dies. With the laser we have the ability to cut a variety of different materials. We can provide knifed die boards as well as “burn only” die boards for knifing by customers with in house die shops.
Our rule bending department has eight CNC auto-benders with capacity from .918” 1.5 pt. rule to 2” high 6 pt. rule. These benders have further enhanced our quality and turn-around on dies. Our tooling range is small intricate dies to large format dies. We make counter plates; stripping dies, bolster dies with vacuum and air assisted clean out, and vacuum heat sealing jigs.
We sell all manner of die making and die cutting supplies. We have a large inventory of punches, cutting and creasing rule, ejection rubber, and matrix.
Hours of operation are 4:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., five days a week. We can also work Saturdays and Sundays, if needed to meet our customer’s requirements. Extra charges apply.
